Your Aler Kamancha order is carefully prepared and securely shipped from our workshop to your address. Instruments, accessories and delicate products are packed with their journey in mind.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, based on the delivery address and the contents of your order. Free shipping promotions may be available for orders over a certain amount.
Processing Time
In-stock products are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
This timeframe may vary for products requiring additional craftsmanship, customisation or special preparation. In such cases, we will notify you separately of the estimated dispatch time.
Delivery Time
Once handed to the carrier, orders are usually delivered within 1–5 business days depending on the delivery address. Delivery may take longer in remote areas, on public holidays or during busy periods.
Protective Packaging
Kamanchas and other delicate products are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage in transit. If you notice dents, tears or damage to the package on delivery, please ask the courier to record the damage in a report while present.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we share tracking details by email or phone so that you can follow your shipment until delivery.
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, high shipping volumes or local delivery conditions. If your order takes longer than expected, contact us and we will follow up on your shipment for you.
